Avure HPP

This engineering model of Avure’s AV-40x high-pressure processing machine was constructed for use at trade shows and conventions. The machine cold pasteurizes foods under high pressure through a process called pascalization. The model features many moving parts to fully illustrate how the machine operates. Our team of model makers used metal hardware, tracks, and ball-bearings to ensure smooth operation for the life of the model.
