Akagi Carrier in Bronze

This historic museum model of the Imperial Japanese Aircraft Carrier Akagi is shadowed by a much larger, more detailed model of the carrier. The purpose of the bronze model is to enable the exhibit to be accessible to blind visitors. This carrier model is one of many we created for the exhibit in Pearl Harbor. Made of cold-cast bronze, it is designed to provide detail and to prove durable for many years.
