Baty Residence

Here is an architectural basswood scale model of a Lake Washington home designed by Stephen Sullivan Designs. This model was constructed and then revised several times during an evolving design process to communicate the changes to the client. The structures and details of this model are fabricated from basswood, while the topography is made of cork which provides a nice subtle contrast while remaining monochromatic.
