It’s easy to forget that along with the breathtaking beauty of Bryce Canyon comes some pretty extreme weather conditions. A typical 100-degree temperature range with almost constant sun exposure can make for a harrowing hike or challenging camping, but imagine what it could do to a topographic scale model.
At Rauda Scale Models we specialize in a design for outdoor terrain models that is formulated to withstand almost any kind of weather. Many of our models face even more daunting conditions than this one. Our Bryce Canyon outdoor model is an amazing display of the park’s amphitheaters, and clearly shows the trails through the rock formations, plus all the paved access routes and park features situated on the plateau above.
This model’s brilliant hand-painted colors and bronze plaque withstand the mountainous conditions of southern Utah, and continue to orient visitors year-round to the incredible beauty that surrounds them in Bryce Canyon National Park.
